Contractor recommendation for bathroom in Charlotte NC?

Looking for someone to help fix up a bathroom in Charlotte.  I don't have a great contractor contact - if anyone has someone they have used before I would appreciate it.

If you want to offer any suggestions as to how to redo this, I would love to hear it as well.   Here are the pictures:  http://imgur.com/a/Qkyri

I am looking to:

- Improve the shower area (it looks OK in the pictures, but it looks really bad in person) by removing the tub and moving to a nice walk-in shower.

- Figuring out a way to reduce the amount of doors that clutter the area (the entry door, and the two doors to the left of the entry probably cant be removed). The first door to the left of the entry is to a closet, the second is to an area for the washer dryer. I do not want to attempt to take some of the closet for this remodel FYI. - Bringing my bathroom up to the level of the rest of the condo

This is a loft and everything else inside is exposed brick, steel beams, original hardwood floors, with a lot of original art on the walls. This is the major eye-sore in the place.
