If you have a policy on something, all you need to do is follow that policy, if you don't, it falls to the law and the law of conscious to determine what course of action to take.

Has me wanting and begging what ever higher consciousness is out there for a way to go back and for once not be the long shot that doesn't get close to the target.

It's easy for me to save because of my lack of housing and food expenses, I am lucky to be in this situation, but I've also made the conscious choice not to have a car witch saves me a lot of money.

Based on what you wrote above, if you're thinking of selling in 3-5 years and are price conscious, there's no harm in selling now because there's no crystal ball.

Being conscious of everyone having a different budget, but at any point of your career do you wish you would have rather taken loans/mortgages to grow your portfolio or has the cash route been just enough to have a fruitful investment portfolio?
