Anyone investing using straight cash vs pulling out loans to buy property?
I realize everyone is not in positions, according to their market, to pay cash for properties, but who’s taking the all cash route?

@Aije Redmond why would you tie up all your cash? If you have $100,000 and want to buy a property and spend $100,000 then you have one property. If you take the same $100,000 and buy only putting 20% down you can buy 5 properties. What works better for you? Obviously you want them all to cash flow.
