Craigslist and bandit signs are OK too, but you have to answer the phone when it rings.

The basic position we called "associate" was ringing up customers, stocking shelves, cleaning, etc. 

I did not expect them to answer every call on the first ring or even return calls with the hour, but they would go a full day or two before responding.

While we were there their phone would not stop ringing, they had one of those answering machines where you could hear the message.
