There is a ring camera system that has a job site security package as well some of my investors use for their projects do not have internet it works off cellular connection. 

You simply stack and bolt together the rings to the height you want.

I might try the “emergency service” which is $20 with limited data and just use that for the smart locks and ring cameras.

All for a sign as long as the property looks occupied...leave shoes near the front door, have exterior lighting, and at least a RING camera. 

A good 'ol fashioned 3 ring binder that gets updated at least once a year.If a place opens up nearby or there is a new thing to do, I get the booklet or whatever with the info.
