Looking for Private Money in Atlanta

Jeff Allen

Hello,

We have 2 properties under contract with contractor bids in hand and looking for funding. We are from the SLC area and recently expanded our business into the ATL market. We have a great team on the ground, but still looking for the last piece, a great lender. We plan to stay in the 150-400K range, no War-Zone or Million $ homes.

If you have App Fees, Processing Fees, Services Fees... you get the point, we are not interested. We want a simple lender with a couple points, fair rate, easy to work with and is interested in multiple properties a month.

Thanks for your time, Jeff
