Aaron, I wish you had given a final conclusion  about your experience with Jerry Norton's plan.

We see deals daily from wholesalers who talk about how amazing a deal is and show how and why they come to that conclusion and sometimes agree, that from tehri vantage point it is a great deal…for the seller/wholesaler.Not saying you can’t find great agents/wholesalers who are representing the “other side” that can also provide you with great info….but you need to the leadership role here.

Some people will pay more for those, since some of the FC costs may have already been paid, and the process is closer to conclusion. 

We are looking for a finance partner and you might be able to bounce ideas off of them if you have them without having to put so much up front.In conclusion I would just say narrow down on one decision find your specific markets and go from there.

This is simply factual data.PROBLEM 5:Another thing Josh is doing that is misleading is that he says "Hey we reached out to 2 sisters and we bought their house" and then draws conclusions based on that.But that is not very accurate right?

Conclusion: Loan officers are puppets for the government and we are letting the government control the interest rates in the country by using conventional mortgages.Does that sum it up?
