Due Deligence for wholesaling
Hey Fam, I'm just starting my wholesaling career in real estates, i was just wondering who pays the due Deligence for the deal? and if the wholesaler paying the due Deligence, what are the consequences i should consider before paying the money for due deligence, is it even a wise idea to pay due deligence to the property owner. I'm just confused and just getting started
