Motivated Sellers are out there and you need to find them
Point and case:
We just bought our 3rd house in the last 4 weeks.
We paid $2000 each to 2 sisters that we reached out to for the house we bought yesterday. Yes $4,000 total purchase price.
They thanked us when we concluded our purchase.
I did all this in a few hours including typing up 2 deeds, paying the back taxes and recording both deeds.
These motivated sellers all had their head in the sand and were not trying to find someone to buy their houses.
They were NOT searching on the internet for "We buy houses" websites.
No SEO would have put them in your inbox.
We had to find them and they were very motivated.
