Hi,I am looking to increase my off market lead sourcing and would love referrals on good VAs / VA companies to help target the areas in which I am looking to invest in.

I don't want to be too specific, but my EA earns more per hour than most overseas VAs.

Hi Guys - Curious what recruiting websites you hire VAs from? 

Once I land one, I’ll reinvest a large portion of my earnings to VAs and automated systems.

We have a couple of VAs for the business in general but my book keeper is a book keeper.

“Preferred Return” means, (i) as to each Class A Member, a sum equal to 9%; (ii) as to each Class B Member, a sumequal to 7%; (iii) as to each Class C Member, a sum equal to 8%; (iv) as to each Class D Member, a sum equal to 9%,and (v) as to each Class E Member, a sum equal to 10%, in each case per annum non-compounded times the amount ofthe Net Capital Contributions of such Member calculated quarterly.

I have some better VAs for you if youre interested.

(I'll bias this one that a website and decent SEO is a big start up cost especially for a newbie who has to pay VAs of questionable competence for this work. 

Do you use VAs to get the leads from the notices / code violations or do you manually put it into CRMs or some other tool? 

I have a small staff of VAs to help me with listing information.
