Quick/Simple STR Tax Prep Spreadsheet?

Hi all - it's that time of year! Does anyone have a streamlined and easy to use excel sheet that helps gather all the pertinent information for our STR taxes?

I use a sliderule and an abacus.  When it gets complicated I used different colored pieces of rope with knots tied in them.  Some people tell me I'm a simpleton.  I ask them if they have 83 beds in 23 STRs, and a cleaning lady that does it for free and sleeps with them.
