The home inspector couldn’t believe that the building was in such good shape, his exact words were the last couple of multi-units he inspected for purchase needed to be condemned and had no soul.

There marketing is full of the typical hype you see regarding tax liens, There is incorrect information given out on their website and they use a deceptive technique to promote themselves as "best selling authors"Tom, co-authored a book with perhaps 20 other authors, one of which was Jack Canfield of Chicken Soup for the Soul fame.

I know the tenant can withhold rent and pay it to the court but I don't believe a tenant can live rent free for as long as they please.And the move to India to help people less fortunate was something I needed to do to wash my soul clean after 2 years surrounded by all that goes on in Miami.
