Developing a plan to leave a 9-5?
Hi guys!!!
New to Bigger Pockets and looking for some advice. I randomly got turned on to the idea of land-lording/RE Investing recently. I want to eventually leave my 9-5 job (everyday sucks a little more of my soul out) and I am looking for some guidelines or a good book on how to develop a plan to achieve this in the next few years.
I'm only 28 and I have a decent job with a 401k, but little in savings. I'd need to bring in about 4-5k a month to leave my job and not drastically cut back.
I'm currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and Land-lording on Autopilot. So I'm really looking for some help in putting it all on paper and plotting out how to achieve acquiring the needed income to leave my job.
Thanks in advance!!
