Starting out part-time

Hello BP

I am currently an active real estate agent in the Birmingham, AL metro area. I've had my license since March 2016. With that being said , I'm looking for a "easy" way to get into the industry & make an income from real estate part time. I'm looking for something I can do on my own time. The broker I'm working for has limited my abilities, for as he just wants to stick to managing his own income properties. I'm stuck, and in need of guidance. All suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance

Jamal Mitchell
