The wind was in my sail, the warm sun on my face and the water smooth as glass.

Hoping for smooth sailing but I know a lot can happen so trying not to count chickens before they hatch.

After many years as an independent mortgage broker in California (when I wasn't sidetracked by something like sailing off to Mexico & writing a book about this true-life adventure) I have developed the ability to be effective anywhere.

So far, smooth sailing particularly in terms of the amount of information flow and direct access to both the deals' managers and websites' executives.There can be a modest effort before the investment closes to sign papers certifying accredited investor status, and arrange a wire.Feel free to write me if you're also getting involved.One investment in a mall just closed and funded as planned.

So far it's been smooth sailing.

Finding a good group of workers could be considered "HARD" but if the team is in place and your confident with what needs to be done, home much it will cost and what the ARV is then its all smooth sailing.

It looks like that ship sailed over a year ago.
