Hello, my name is David Kindopp, I've been a licensed real estate broker for 38 years, the past 15 or so, of which I have been arranging private money real estate loans. After many years as an independent mortgage broker in California (when I wasn't sidetracked by something like sailing off to Mexico & writing a book about this true-life adventure) I have developed the ability to be effective anywhere. I now have emerging connections and networks allowing me to review any viable loan request anywhere in the fifty states. I have been a private pilot and am a blue water ocean sailor.
