Brand New from Texas

Hi All! My name is Aja, I am a total "Newbie" to the wonderful and challenging world of Real Estate. Currently working in the banking industry and doubling as an image consultant. I am overly and thoroughly appreciative of all the forums, podcasts, and Bigger Pockets in general for providing such an amazing platform for newbies and the more seasoned who share the same passion.

As I am only 25, with no disposable funds or substantial credit history I'm really interested in learning about creative ways to dive into real estate. I've been researching the aspect of becoming an agent first to build a network, and gain access to MLS, amongst other things. I'm really curious to know what other more seasoned investors think of that idea. What I'm really becoming passionate about is fixing and flipping, rehabbing, wholesaling, and landlording.

In the midst of getting acquainted with Bigger Pockets, I'm in the process of transitioning to the Houston, Tx area from the Dallas area, but wanting to develop relationships in both cities, while learning about both markets.

Any, absolutely any advice, and tips are welcomed. Can't wait for the input. The goal here ultimately is to gain bigger pockets literally while servicing families ready for their dream homes, starter homes, or maybe just a resting place!

See you all around!
