Jay -The seller presented me a signed counter offer and my professional JOB is to submit over any documents to my clients as soon as possible.  

Renovated the kitchens, new appliances, new counter tops.

We tried to get an extension so that we could get an inspector to scope the pipes but the seller wouldn't grant that extension.

In my experience, many insurers will cover the house but not the roof, ensuring you have protection against fires, broken water pipes, falling down the stairs, etc.

Unfortunately, my Sellers held firm and we countered at 1.3.

Some led recessed lighting in the kitchen and a new counter top .

She will be trying to counter to reach that figure.
