Sure busy now but I'll respond tomorrow at Airport....

I ran into that in San JOse and did my first Turo rental that worked well brand new prius for 90 bucks  and he picked me up at the airport and dropped me off. 

I know everyone is busy and I sincerely appreciate it.Which by the way, I could probably go on and on lol but I have to go for now because my cousin is flying in from California for the holiday and I have to rush over to Bangor Airport in the next few hours but again thank you everyone and I hope to be able to chat more with you all as I keep pushing forward in this new venture. 

Airport Area, and Couriers city.Is there any other areas I should consider?

There are several different properties that work for str, ranging from single family homes close to the airport to houses on the water.

Our short-term goal is a smaller duplex within 45 minutes of the Boise airport, renting out one side while living in the other, and then moving out after two years.

In order to expedite my REI I sold my primary residence a few months ago and bought a 4 plex in Beechmont (by the airport/iroquios park).

NoVA -- like many other places -- is a notoriously expensive area, but Metro continues to expand westward to the airport and beyond.
