Coronavirus Impact on Housing Market?

Hello BIggerPockets,

I started this discussion to get some thoughts and opinions on how the Coronavirus might affect the housing market. Mainstream media has been reporting about it nonstop for the last few days, stating that there's just been the first case of person-to-person transmission on US soil. Anything investors should be worried about or need to look out for? Thanks.

Nothing you can do about it except ride it out (if it's even really true).

If the Media is "Broadcasting" it, it is probably lies--like most of everything else they put out.
