Wholesaling in Tampa
Hello Fellow Members,
I'm thinking of wholesaling in Tampa, Fl and have been researching the best areas to live and/or invest in Tampa. So far my search gave me these places: Davis Island, South and Old Seminole Heights, Historic Ybor, Tampa Heights, Tampa Int. Airport Area, and Couriers city.
Is there any other areas I should consider? Is Tampa even a good place for wholesaling? Any opinion on this is appreciated.
