New Investor looking for a start
Hello All,
I am a new investor and currently own a 2 bed, 1 bath condo that has a good return on investment. I have an opportunity to move forward with a cash out refinance on my primary residence (good amount of equity) to help jump start my expansion of properties. I am looking at multi family (2-3 flats). Do you see this as a good avenue to start and what are some things I should look out for that I may not know right away?

Congrats! Good start. I'd highly recommend using a HELOC rather than a cash out refi- more flexible, cheaper and reloadable.
Best of luck!
