I do not want to send out thousands of emails at a time- I could not manage the reply's, I can send about 350 a day and not get overloaded... this system lets me not pay monthly for a server site- like constant contact etc... if I need to sen out more- I can use more than one email.Tech tip- emails accounts have limits on the number of emails you can sent.

I have my Broker's License and have worked in Property Management since 1997 (multi family side) but the last two years managing single family rentals for serveral management companies..I see a big need for a company that communitcates to clients in a proactive way.

So I had to get a virtual # from a server based out of india.

You can have process server perform a skip trace and track them down and serve for you for additional fee ($30 for me, well worth it), but you can't go anywhere with your case unless you have proof of service.

I am currently setting up my server using sql-ledger(Open source accounting software comparable to Quickbooks) and Opencrx(Open source CRM).

Everyone when you arrive just tell the champs server your their for bigger pockets social.
