If there isn’t a majority owner you might be better off drumming up support for proper budget funding, taking care of deferred maintenance, and reserve planning.

If you really really wanted one, I'm sure I or anyone else could drum up some nonsense, but as of now the market isn't sufficiently large, doctors more often want the big shiny single family house in the prestigious neighborhood, for whatever reason.I've never been a doctor, but here's something I've noticed.

Meet ups are definitely the way to go or you can do it the old school way and cold call some absentee owners on public records and you will definitely be able to drum up business. 

Get your realtors license and drum up some business for the next 6 months to have enough fall capital to invest.

I took my license and started to try to drum up business from my fellow firefighters.  

-Rents low-1 car note for the biz...other car is paid off- don't have time for hobbies, so I've sold off most of them (drums...bummer)- don't drink a lot, but I could probably cut back....don't smoke(wohoo!!)
