Rehab Struggle in Dallas Fort Worth

Hello,

I am new to real estate and have started a business to become a real estate investor. I live in the DFW(Dallas Ft Worth) area. The current goal is to complete my first rehab of a property but I am struggling to find a property to rehab. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated in how to find a property in this market that is good for rehab.
