I only really care about the words that are said by people that I genuinely care about, and that is a pretty small group.

I am genuinely sick and tired of people trashing an entire sector of tenants just because they are in a different situation that you might not understand.

This sort of resonates with me, because it's how I feel entering the real estate market should be.

Just a matter of what you resonate and see results with.Some brokerages might mandate office / farm hours, where you have to sit and answer general phone calls.And then there are paid ways to prospect.

It pays to be honest, genuine & nice to people.  

His "small and mighty investor" / keep it simple theme resonates. 

I don’t want that around me and I don’t want to support it.The only people I have sympathy for are those who genuinely fall on hard times (medical, etc.).
