I am a Chattanooga local who grew up in St. Elmo. Our family renovated a historic turn of the century house and I fell in love with restoring beauty to old houses! I love being active, meeting new people, learning new things, and helping others. Found out after college that a desk job is not for me! I became a carpenter with the goal of moving towards real estate investment. After a few years of carpentry, I am now making the transition!

Experience

My current real estate experience is limitted. I was previously a full time carpenter with experience in remodeling all the way to custom cabinets. I also grew up in St. Elmo, in an old victorian house, which my dad and I renovated over the years. I can see potential and understand the different aspects of a renovation and project flow. Also, I am always learning, through reading, researching, meeting with potential sellers and investors, talking with realtors, and reaching out to home owners with distressed properties. I will do what I can to grow my experience!

Real Estate Goals

My current goal is to deepen my experience in real estate investing in the Chattanooga Area. I am looking to do genuine wholesaling, renovate and resell, and to build a healthy rental protfolio.

For this year my goals for wholesaling is to complete 20 transactions, conduct 5 renovate and resells, and acquire 5 rental properties.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking property to renovate and resell or to purchase for a rental portfolio. I am in need of investors who understand real estate investment and are open to 10-18% return on investment. I always welcome advice and input from those who have experience!
