@Jason Eberhardt historically Memphis has been a popular market due to affordable prices and strong rent ratio's but personally, I think there are markets in the Midwest like Indianapolis and Kansas City which offer similar returns but with stronger economic and demographic fundamentals.

I personally mainly invest and Trade in Auckland as this markets fundamentals set for success of Capital growth and Rent growth.Cash low in NZ is nowhere near what you can find in parts of the US.

They're investing in a city for a reason, they've projected future demand, population growth, affordability, etc.When I see a 21% increase in projects in Windsor for 2020, that tells me that the fundamentals here are strong and gives me confidence to invest.Top of list is the City of Windsor’s first investment in public housing in decades, the 10-storey, 145-unit Meadowbrook project.
