wholesale real estate and flipping homes

Hello guys, I just wanted to send out a post because I am new to this real eastate business and at the moment I been reading up on things regarding wholesale homes and flipping homes. If you guys can help me out with certain books I may need to read, what to watch out for in the start up process, pros/cons in this type of business or just anything that is helpful I would really appreciate it.
