Best Areas in Windsor Ontario to invest

Hey everyone, 

I'm looking to being my investing journey in Windsor I currently live in Toronto, and I'm still in the early stages of studying the Windsor market.

Does anyone have any suggestions of good neighbourhoods in the Windsor area that have on-going new developments/areas that are being revamped?

I would love to get a bungalow or 1 and 1/2 storey home in area that I can still manage to profit from cash flow monthly about while benefit from some great appreciation over the next 5 or so years.
