I work as a contractor in some up and coming areas around Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus and MICA, the local arts college that has totally transformed North Avenue.I work with a partner and we have flipped two homes in this area and are currently building 4 spec homes down the street, which we'll be selling for market rate. 

The city mayor is super progressive and has done awesome things for the music and arts in the city.

What to extract from a credit report is part art and part science; if you just get a FICO (or other branded model of) credit score, you don't get to see the details that matter.

It was just one of the tools in the tool bag back a few decades ago.Since wholesaling became branded and accepted, many spins of the art took form, and fascinated me really.

I studied interior design and an architecture bridge course in SA, and have always had a passion for small, creative development.Although I have been working as an art director, I am now ready to start the journey of property investment.My goal is to start with raw-land investment or flipping while learning the ropes a bit to ultimately start creating unconventional, eco-friendly and sustainable retreats and or rental properties.I am keen to learn from as many people as possible and share my experience and learning with the community as I go.Lastly, thank you for creating such an inviting environment for a novice to be a part of.

Pricing & listing optimization, art direction for photo shoots, outreach to any relevant media, local/regional listing & tourism outlets and connecting with influencers & corporate partners for sponsorships are all part of the day to day things I do to promote your property.

Our lifestyle is cultured and urbane; we support the arts and public radio/TV.

I will continue to work on my art and plan to approach galleries to sell my works as well as do murals which will provide me with a second flow of income that I can bank into that sacred account.
