New novice member from California

Hello,

My name is Tiaan. I am originally from South Africa, but now live in Manhattan Beach, California. I studied interior design and an architecture bridge course in SA, and have always had a passion for small, creative development.

Although I have been working as an art director, I am now ready to start the journey of property investment.

My goal is to start with raw-land investment or flipping while learning the ropes a bit to ultimately start creating unconventional, eco-friendly and sustainable retreats and or rental properties.

I am keen to learn from as many people as possible and share my experience and learning with the community as I go.
