Remote Flipping - Baltimore

Today is my second day scouting Baltimore. From 2600 miles away (los angeles) it looked interesting - now that I'm here, I really like what I'm seeing.

I'm wondering if anyone is remote flipping here or anywhere for that matter and has any advice for building your ground team and how often you visit your projects.

Also, I'm wondering if there is anyone here (BP/Baltimore) who specializes in project management.

Thanks and happy investing!

@Arthur Fuller II

If you are interested in doing work in Baltimore, message me. I work as a contractor in some up and coming areas around Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus and MICA, the local arts college that has totally transformed North Avenue.

I work with a partner and we have flipped two homes in this area and are currently building 4 spec homes down the street, which we'll be selling for market rate.

Would love to talk shop and share with you my understanding and information about the market.

Sam
