also you would need financing as well,and im sure as you know that its pretty hard to get new finacing loans especially dealing in commercial,i would say as far as contacting people ,call up some brokers tell them specifically what you are looking for,and look at quite a bit of them and analyze them dearly before you make a decision.Also i dont think its necessarily good to get an apartment unit with all the units filled,apartments also tend to have tenants coming and going quite a bit,property management,you can look up that in the telephone book or onlineand as far as listings you can look on loopnet,but i dont think they have ((deals )) there, u want to talk to a broker more than likely
