buying building with several apartments

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this site
I'm interested in buying a building with several apartments.
I would like to buy a building where the apartments are occupied (with long term tenants ) and to hire a management company for the building.
Can anyone suggest who I can contact? Is this is the right forum to place my message?
Where can I find such available properties to view?
Any suggestions for locations in the US that can offer good investment of this sort?
