What is one of your big pain points as a STR Host?

That is may be one of the turnoffs which may come across as the price is too high.Get the tenants out in two weeks, spiff it up, clean and you will probably have more interest.Feedback from the agent has been that folks express interest in making an offer but then disappear.

Sadly, banks and hard money lenders are painful to work with in this model as needing to have clear title while they underwrite is not reality.

I could have spent my money investing in myself.I feel your pain brother but, the truth is if you really did the work you claimed you could have easily went out and found your own buyer for the deal, sir. you don't really need Jerry.

Our experience in the North Myrtle Beach area was painful at times. 

Since the underwriter ignores the Depreciation category, the expenses disappeared, voilà.  

My opinion...good ole cold calls are painful. 

But from the sounds of it – maintenance is a pain.
