Truth is, Jerry and his deal genie staff will not buy your deal!

This is truly disheartening to have to post this. I am a member of Jerry’s $10k program and I must warn the world that this program is not what he makes it seem. First off, it is extremely difficult in today’s market to find any “deal” that matches up to his criteria, but in my mind I had actually found one. I have negotiated a contract down to get it to be right in line based off of his super generic numbers that only be and his team deem a deal. The saddest part is that I am completely new to wholesaling and this is my first experience with a guru that I have entrusted with my money, which I don’t have a lot. I’ve done everything they have asked of me in the deal genie to put a deal together and let me just tell you, THEY DONT BUY THE DEAL! I could have spent my money investing in myself.

it does amaze me that this program still brings in folks..  I bet there are very very few deals that get funded.. I would encourage folks to watch the American greed episode on Remington financial.. little different they took due diligence fee's  this company is taking money to bird dog deals for them. but it was proven that in almost 20 years Remington funded less than 12 deals and they took in 5k to 10k per client. made millions. this I see is somewhat of a parallel offer to fund the deals make the bar so high that no one ESPECIALLY a newbie can get over the bar..
