Hello, I'm looking for feedback/reviews on a company called "propertyleads.com" possibly out of Sheridan, WY 82801?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Quote from @NA Mozumdar:

Looking for some reviews about propertyleads.com as well! Thanks!

Fineprint. I don't like these guys too much because they stole a lot of my content, my work my designs and sold it to others passing them out as "theirs".
However, promise I will keep personal feelings out of it and only show data and facts.

Well, they claim that their leads are better because the leads find them:

The only way sellers find you is when you rank #1 or #2 in that market. the lower you rank, the less leads find you. Do a Google search for any market, and these guys rarely rank in the top 3 spots.

As one of the nation's leading SEO experts, I can tell you that their SEO is based on black hat and grey hat SEO  and it is mostly based on low-quality backlinks. Volume without quality, not surprising they are not at the top for most searches. I doubt their claim is real.

To give you an indication of things:

For the keyword:

We Buy Houses In Agusta Ga here are the Google results:

They rank #7. One of our students ranks #1.

This is their stats:

The guy ranking #1, is one of our students and I have access to his stats and leads:

They have 33,000 backlinks while the guy ranking #1 only has 20 brutally outperforming them both in ranking and I can assure you, I DOUBT they get (many if any) SEO leads in that market.

Carrot was promoting them because they make money off of each other completely fooling many people that blindly trust Carrot.

Now let's look at another market.

#1 is again one of our students and I have access to their leads.

Property leads guy's website is not even on the first page.  So they definitely are not getting organic leads there.

and again:

Miles 149 backlinks ranking at #1, while they have 33,000 backlinks. They were piggybacking off of Carrots "credibility" and that is all it is.

Here are Myle's leads:

Not impressed. You shouldn't be calling yourself an SEO expert with 33000 questionable backlinks honestly.

Now lets look at this:

You have to BID for a lead. Let's take Mile's leads:

Do you know how much money is sitting there in his inbox if he were to pay $125 STARTING BID for these leads?

For less than the cost of ONE lead, you can get a high-converting website going and get your own leads. Pay per lead is literally the dumbest thing on the planet to me.

Then, they say they offer refunds... in the form of a credit. I had to chuckle here. Clever. Very sneaky yes, but clever

A refund means  "your money back", as in you can take that money and go elsewhere and spend it. Credit is not a refund. Credit is credit.

Let me repeat this.  Services like these take advantage of people that are not knowledgeable on lead gen. For the cost of ONE lead, you can get a good website going and score UNLIMITED leads for free (or at least for the price of hosting).

Guys be smart! Use the money to invest in your business, so you can set yourself up for success. If you pay these guys and companies like that money, when you stop paying you have NOTHING  to show for it. You are still at ground 0. Get a website, and use that money to build up your site. No one can take that away from you.

And the true organic leads are WAY better than the leads companies like those provide.

My verdict. You do not need reviews. good or bad reviews is completely irrelevant. It is just a dumb move to invest in Pay Per Leads! Period!
