But, insurance costs are likely to rise, making getting mortgages for most people even harder to get.What is likely to happen is more creative financing going forward, private lending to increase and smaller houses being built in the future. 

I still think it is a good area to invest in despite the increases in cost.  

Instead of buying the same type of property each year, the idea is to gradually increase the size or number of units in each deal.

We chose this area and home because of the redevelopment in the area, increasing values, proximity to major venues like Lucas Oil and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

I can tell you the money is consistent however approvals, paperwork and follow up is what you would need to be good at. 

This allows us to increase our active cashflow to then cherry pick the long term holds we would like as well as work faster.
