Learning about wholesaling in Texas

Hey Everyone, I am very to to real estate investing and trying to learn about many of the different strategies. I wanted to know if y'all could have any advice for someone who would consider being a wholesaler in the state of Texas? Thanks!

Seems like everyone wants to wholesale here - The competition is really high - I dont really wholesale unless it makes sense for everyone but my advice would be to try and hit the lists that arent already super flooded ( pre foreclosure, vacant, etc.)
