Bathtub needs to be refinished ($300), needs new blinds, new paint, some type of basic landscaping, and some tile over the hideous green countertops. 

Anyone know of someone that can replace a bathtub and surround that services Easton, PA?

For updates, the bathrooms and kitchens have linoleum floors that need to be replaced, one bathtub likely needs replaced, all 4 bathroom vanities and all 4 sets of kitchen cabinets/countertops need replaced, a lot of doors need replaced, blinds need removed (likely will replace with curtains instead), a lot of door and wall trim needs repaired or replaced, ceilings need fixed in certain spots (and a bunch of drop-ceiling panels replaced), and it needs painted inside.

one of our rental house has crack in bathtub floor and it leak some so room next door has little damp floor and started building up mold( it is about 2-3 inch) . 

After all, cleaning up the carpet and cleaning the bathtub are the tenants' own work.

It takes specific conditions for the mold to thrive i.e. not keeping a rental unit clean, not cleaning around showers, bathtubs and the tops of all plumbing fixtures.

This person rushed him thru the apartment to get leased signed.Since moving in there are many issues: kitchen floor has water damage and floor is warped, the apartment is disgustingly dirty, cracks in the walls, water damage in bathrooms, mold in bathtub, ants all over the apartment, vents haven't been cleaned, air conditioner only dropped 2 degrees in 24 hours, no smoke detectors or sprinklers.

We sent technician and found out that leak was happen because tenant filled up bath tub over the overflow gasket.
