Bathtub Installer in Easton, PA

Anyone know of someone that can replace a bathtub and surround in the Easton, PA, Lehigh Valley area?

When cleaning the bathtub, prepping a new rental, the paint started to heavily chip off the metal tub (think last owner/tenant did a hack paint job).

Called a couple of plumbers and was quoted 4K-10K to replace. My current surround and tub is on Home Depot for under $400, so was really hoping to replace all in for under or around 1K. The quotes sound high from what I've read on the forum/online.

If it's going to cost 4K, will probably try to reglaze, but the surround has cracks and a couple of small holes, so would prefer to replace.

Also really in need of a decent handyman in the area. Please let me know if you know of someone that does decent work.
