one of our rental house has crack in bathtub floor and it leak some so room next door has little damp floor and started building up mold( it is about 2-3 inch) .  House is build in 2003 and bathtub is original. Tenant says they just notice. Should I try to get crack fixed or replace the bath tub? I want to know from experts here that if we get crack fixed, is it short-term solution or permenant fix? I appreciate your replies.
