If you are looking for messy titles -  just following the Notice of Defaults, Affidavit of Death, Pre-Probate,  Divorce Decrees  on PropertyRadar or Propstream.  

Can I just go crazy and just contact all of them over there and whoever has the property for me wins?

Would it make sense to just use TurboTax?
