Omni Key Realty insight for investors in North Texas.

Posted

Long time reader and first time poster. Has anyone ever purchased a property from Omni Key realty in North Texas? I signed up for their investor profile because I am interested in the appreciation in the North Texas (or northern suburbs of DFW) market. I have been to the DFW area a few times but not specifically to these northern suburbs, but I know that DFW is one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country with a robust economy, and I expect it to keep growing. Omni Key sells mainly single family with some duplexes, and advertises off market deals on new construction and in fill properties. Their pro formas felt optimistic with providing 6% annual appreciation and property management that is only about 6% of rent so I take it with a grain of salt (they offer their own property management services but it has terrible reviews on Yelp so I would probably go with someone else).  I just wonder about the quality of the new construction itself and the quality of contractors being used.

Regards,

Colby
