Another approach that I prefer is to segment lists into sub-lists and nano-niches and spend more, not less, in reaching exactly the ideal prospect with the perfect message arriving at the right time after a sequence of touches has conditioned them to be predisposed to buy. 

My job then becomes influencing them to become predisposed to do business with me.

Much like a doctor, I don't see the "patient" until the prospect has taken certain action(s) and are (somewhat) educated on their dilemma and are predisposed to buy. 

By attracting appllicants who don't need their own mailbox, I think it would disway most higher income renters, so no matter how nice the unit is my pool of applicants is probably predisposed to having issues with lower income and paying rent late. 

You can totally convert leads online with less copy, but the thing is that leads that come through a website that answered all their questions and built credibility are going to be more predisposed to work with you.

Hears 48+27Thinks 48+20 = 68 + 7 = 75Also just for fun, I tried hearing 27+48 (reversed the order of the numbers presented) still thought 48+20 =68 + 7 = 75Not sure if that was because I was already predisposed or if it's just because adding 20 to 48 then 7 occurs to me first because it's quicker or easier then adding 40 to 27 then 8.
