I am super excited that you have that skill set and are predisposed to move to Fl.  

Opinions are like a*holes and Landlords are genetically predisposed to have several.

However, I would say to you don't have predisposed notions of what your future tenants may be.

Though I'm predisposed to lower rates, I lean away from paying upfront costs.

And there are many socioeconomic factors that predispose someone at birth to be better positioned to own property. 

I want to work with a lender or bank that wants to say yes, not one predisposed to saying "no ". 

That they would seek to disallow coverage based on breed profiles shows IMO that certain breed profiles are predisposed inflict injury and aggression.

I want to do this totally on the up-and-up with PMs and/or LLs being totally aware of my intentions.I take for granted that landlords/PMs are going to be predisposed to reject use as a STR - especially full time. 

Since my service is very targeted to an uber-niche, my objective is to only talk to prospects who are somewhat pre-conditioned and pre-disposed to do business with me.
