Other than that you may not need anyone, keep crushing it!!

In my opinion, you are going to find positives and negatives in EVERY MARKET and you will also find investors crushing it and getting crushed in every market.

Heck, you should mortgage your home to the hilt, and borrow every single dollar you can at 6-7% and crush it on the arbitrage.

These borrowers who, in reality, could not actually afford these mortgages and were not financially literate were crushed under the weight of all the debt and forced to file for bankruptcy, while the mortgage brokers and banks collected their fees.

Aren’t they crushing it in real estate?

We are pet friendly and have some zeroscape backyards and have wording like "We are pet friendly with a fee, but please note although backyard is fenced there is no grass and certain areas contain crushed shell which could hurt your pets feet". 

if you buy it yourself and turn it into a live in flip and absolutely crush it, great! 

If you dont pay the loan off it goes to foreclosure and the original owner gets their fico CRUSHED.
