Turnovers every 3 or 4 years crush profits.

I cant see buying acers of undeveloped land with 70k..Best thing you can do is take your money and partner with someone whos crushing it and joint venture on deals together.

See properties that are in and out of escrow, that is another sign the seller might be getting tired of getting their hopes up and then the hopes get crushed.
