Remember the following when you deal with JVs with sellers It's worth what the comps are today not what they paId in the past Say "my job and purpose is to help you make money and for me to make money" , say that over and over again to the seller If they say no today, keep at it over and over and over again to that either say yes or do something different Be persistent with sellers at all times, never give up I had a mentor and coach when I was young and that's why I teach and mentor for a fee of course to new and experienced people Let me know if you want info on coachingBest wishesBrian
